Salty Stretch & Tone
Full body strength and toning using bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, and resistance bands. This balanced workout is designed to challenge and restore your body — accessible to all fitness levels.
The class takes place in the salt room, so you breathe in therapeutic salt air while you move. Each session ends with a guided meditation that leaves you grounded, refreshed, and recharged.

Wellness + Fat Loss Workshop
A structured 30-day program combining wellness therapies with guided fat loss strategies. This workshop is designed to kickstart your health journey with accountability, community, and expert support.
Commit to 30 days and experience real, measurable transformation in your body and wellbeing.

Lymphatic Drainage Class
A hands-on educational class teaching you how to use the Nu Skin Renu Spa device for stimulating lymphatic drainage, reducing water retention and puffiness, and supporting your body's detox pathways.
Microcurrent helps energize tissue at a cellular level while encouraging fluid movement — key for reducing stagnation, bloating, and inflammation. You'll also learn techniques for temporary body contouring, smoothing, and improved circulation.

Paint and Meditate
Join Alyssa in the dry salt room for an afternoon of relaxing self-expression. You'll start with a guided meditation and Reiki Level 2 (if you'd like it), followed by a group discussion about the feelings, thoughts, and emotions that came up.
Then it's time to paint! Everything is provided — acrylic paint, brushes, palette knives, and a 16x20 canvas (or two 8x10 if you prefer). Plus, you get the benefits of dry salt therapy throughout the session.
