4. Booking & Cancellation Policy

All appointments are booked through our WellnessLiving platform. By booking an appointment, you agree to:

• • Arrive on time for your scheduled appointment
• • Provide accurate health information relevant to the services you are receiving
• • Cancel or reschedule with reasonable notice (we recommend at least 24 hours)

Late arrivals may result in shortened session times. Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions.

5. Membership Terms

Membership plans are month-to-month with a 30-day cancellation notice. Benefits include:

• • Unlimited access to specified services as outlined in your chosen plan
• • 30% discount on other services not included in your plan
• • 20% discount on retail products

Memberships are non-transferable and for individual use only (except the Salt for Two plan). Unused sessions do not roll over to the following month.

6. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through WellnessLiving. Prices are subject to change with notice. Package credits do not expire unless otherwise stated.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss any concerns about your purchase.

7. Assumption of Risk

By using our services, you acknowledge that wellness therapies carry inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of our services. You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our staff and to disclose any medical conditions that may affect your ability to safely participate in our services.
